For a few months now I’ve been working on producing a fact sheet for Dig It Dog Training Club, with some help from fellow instructors, all about socialisation.

I think it’s one of the most misunderstood words in dog training, with lots of people getting the impression that its all about putting your puppy in a room to free-play with 10 other puppies. If there was a definition for “incorrect socialisation” then that would be it!
