I’ve been filming my training runs throughout November and have stuck a load of footage together to make this video.
I find it quite useful looking back and seeing what I’ve done and what I’ve learnt along the way, plus I thought it may be useful or interesting to other people.
This is my first time adjusting the music volume so be kind… I’m no expert 😂.
